Review

Overall this burger has little to recommend it. Another brioche bun that just about lasted the course, accompanied by a lettuce leaf, ring of red onion and a tomato slice (complete with the bit where the stalk was), oh and a gherkin slice seen rather than tasted, complete this very ordinary burger. There was no sauce or relish included. I opted for extra cheese in place of chips (cutting down on those pesky carbs) but while the cheese was fine, it did little to improve the experience; and for the regular premium of £1.50 one hopes for better. The patty was OK, better for not being overdone but still one if those mass/"farm" produced quarter pounders that flirt dangerously with being rubbery (this one wasn't). Despite being a little short of seasoning, it was at least fairly tasty. Overall I'd have preferred the four Big Macs it cost.

tl;dr not awful
